To track an order or change your plan yourself, sign in to your account.
Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order.
- Orders placed before 12 PM on a business day leave the warehouse the next business day; every order is out within 2 business days.
- Each parcel is tracked. The tracking link is in your shipping email and in your account.
- Free gifts travel in the same parcel as the bags they came with.
Refunds and returns: the 90-day guarantee
Take the blend daily for up to 90 days from the day it arrives. If your skin, hair or joints feel the same, email [email protected] with your order number and we refund the product price. You don't need to send the pouch back.
- One refund per customer, on the first order.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Your flexible plan: skip, pause or cancel
The flexible plan sends the same number of bags you chose on a fixed rhythm and charges the plan price shown at checkout each time:
- 1 bag every 4 weeks, 3 bags every 12 weeks, 6 bags every 24 weeks or 9 bags every 36 weeks.
- The free gifts come with your first order only.
- There is no minimum. Skip a delivery, pause until you are ready or cancel at any time in your account. A change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.

Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To ship and support your order and run your flexible plan.
- To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails only if you said yes; every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our warehouse and carrier, our email provider and our analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
Terms
- Prices are in USD and include free shipping. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- The flexible plan renews automatically at the price and rhythm shown at checkout until you cancel (see Your flexible plan).
- The guarantee works as described in Refunds and returns.
