Questions about an order, a return or the warranty are answered below. Anything else: write to us and a person replies within one business day.

Your orders and tracking are in your account: sign in with the email you ordered with.
Shipping
- Shipping is free on 3 units or more. A single unit ships at the rate shown at checkout.
- Orders leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
- Every parcel is tracked. The link is in your shipping email and in your account.
- Add-ons you picked after checkout travel in the same box when they are ready together.
Returns and refunds: the 30-day guarantee
If you are not happy with anything in your order, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We send the return address, and refund the product price once the parcel is back.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong one.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty and package protection
- Every unit is covered against defects for the guarantee period above.
- With the 2-year replacement warranty in your order, a unit that stops working inside two years is replaced at no charge. Email us the order number.
- With package protection in your order, a parcel lost, stolen or damaged in transit is re-shipped free.
Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To ship and support your order.
- To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails only if you said yes; each has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, warehouse, carrier, email provider and analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

- Prices are in USD. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- One-time charges. Every order and add-on on this site is a single payment. Nothing renews.
