From people on their feet all day, including the buyers who almost sent them back.
I stand twelve hours on a hospital floor, and my arches quit around hour nine. I bought these sure the little nodes were a gimmick. Two shifts in, the walk to the car stopped hurting. I still move them between shoes, and that wears the shape out faster than it should.

Verified buyerThe first step out of bed had been sharp for about a year. I doubted a pad this thin could change a morning like that. Three weeks on, the heel sting is a dull tap, and Mondays are still the loud day.

Verified buyerMy old insoles went flat by month two, so I bought these to stop replacing them. The bumps felt odd on day one and I read the box twice looking for a catch. By Friday the burn under my arch was gone through a full pick shift. The second pair is still in the cupboard.

Verified buyerI did not expect a shoe insert to change anything above my ankles. Day one felt bulky and I spent it wondering if I had the wrong size. After a week, the end of a shift leaves my knees less stiff.

Verified buyerI work on concrete all day, and cheap insoles pancake by month two. I figured these would do the same once the boots got wet. Four months in, the nodes are still raised and my feet are less sore when I clock out. I waited three paychecks to order them.

Verified buyerDay one was easy, which made day two a surprise. A sore spot showed up under the left arch and I was sure I had trimmed them too short. By day five the spot was gone. The toe line on the trim guide took two tries.
