Quick answers
- How do I take it? Two capsules a day with a glass of water, morning is easiest.
- When will I notice something? Give it four weeks. Rings and ankles are what buyers mention first.
- Can I take it with other supplements? A normal multivitamin is fine. If you already take kelp, iodine or echinacea, show both labels to your provider.

Shipping
- Shipping in the US is free on every order.
- Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on business days, and most arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
- Every parcel is tracked. The link is in your shipping email and in your account.
- The 21-Day Debloat Protocol e-book is digital, so it is not in the parcel.
Refunds and returns: the 60-day guarantee
Take it for up to 60 days. If it isn't for you, email [email protected] with your order number and send the bottles back, opened or empty, for a full refund of the product price.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- Replacement protection, if you added it, covers a lost or stolen parcel with a free reship.
Your refills: skip, pause or cancel
Refills are optional and never pre-selected. If you ticked them at checkout, the same number of bottles ships every 8 weeks at 15% off, charged the price shown at checkout each time.
- The free gifts come with your first order only.
- There is no minimum. Skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time in your account; a change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.

Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To ship and support your order and run your refills.
- To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails only if you said yes, each with an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, warehouse and carrier, email provider, and analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. Order records stay as long as tax law requires.
Terms
- Prices are in USD with free US shipping. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Refills renew automatically at the price and rhythm shown at checkout until you cancel (see Your refills).
- The guarantee works as described in Refunds and returns.
- Store credit from the 5-bottle bundle is a one-time $20 code for a later order, with no cash value.
