To track an order or change your subscription yourself, sign in to your account.
Shipping
- Shipping is free on 2 cartons or more. One carton ships at the rate shown at checkout once you enter your address.
- Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
- Every box is tracked. The tracking link is in your shipping email and in your account.
- Free gifts travel in the same box as the cartons they came with.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind every bar. If you don't like them, email [email protected] with your order number and we refund the product price or send another flavour.
- One refund per customer, on the first order.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong box is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscribe and save sends the cartons you chose every 4 weeks and charges the subscription price shown at checkout each time.
- 10% off every subscription order. The free variety pack comes in your first box only.
- There is no minimum. Skip a box, pause or cancel any time in your account. A change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.

Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To ship and support your order and run your subscription.
- To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails or texts only if you said yes; each has a way to stop them.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, warehouse and carrier, email and text provider, and our analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
Terms
- Prices are in USD. Shipping and tax, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscribe and save renews automatically at the price and rhythm shown at checkout until you cancel (see Subscriptions and cancellations).
- The guarantee works as described in Satisfaction guarantee.
- Allergens. Contains milk and egg. May contain soy, peanut and tree nuts. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
