Shipping
- Standard US shipping is free on every order. Expedited shipping, if you add it at checkout, ships your order first by priority mail.
- Orders arrive in about 7 to 10 days, each with a tracking link by email.
- The two free e-guides are digital: they come by email, so nothing extra ships.
Refunds and returns: the 90-day guarantee
Take one softgel a day for up to 90 days from the day it arrives. If you don't feel a difference, email [email protected] with your order number and we refund the product price, even if the bag is empty.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- Bags bought from other sellers or marketplaces are not covered.
Subscribe & save: skip, pause or cancel
Subscribe & save sends the pack you chose on a fixed schedule and charges the plan price shown at checkout each time:
- 1 bag every month, 3 bags every 3 months or 5 bags every 5 months.
- There is no minimum. Skip a delivery, pause until you are ready or cancel at any time in your account. A change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.
- Prefer to ask? Email [email protected] and we make the change for you.
- A one-time order never renews.
Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To ship and support your order and run a Subscribe & save plan.
- To send order and shipping emails, and marketing emails only if you said yes; every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our warehouse and carrier, our email provider and our analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.

- Prices are in USD. Standard US shipping is free; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Subscribe & save renews automatically at the price and schedule shown at checkout until you cancel (see Subscribe & save).
- The guarantee works as described in Refunds and returns.
