Returns and refunds
Every order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with Joint Support Formula for any reason, you get your money back, even if the bottles are empty.
How to get a refund
- Email [email protected] within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply with a return authorization, usually within one business day.
- Mail the bottles, opened, unopened or empty, to: the address in your return authorization
- We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the package, and email you when it's done.
What's refunded
The full product price of every bottle you send back. Return shipping is paid by you. Shipping charges on the original order are not refunded.
Damaged or missing orders
If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Digital bonuses
Bonus PDFs are free and stay yours after a refund.
