Questions about an order, your refills or the guarantee are answered below. Anything else, write to us and a person replies within one business day.

To track an order or change your refills yourself, sign in to your account.
Shipping
- The shipping price for your order is shown in the order summary before you pay.
- Anything you add on the pages after checkout ships free, in the same parcel.
- A weekday order ships within 24 hours and arrives in 2 to 4 business days.
- Every parcel is tracked. The link is in your shipping email and in your account.
Refunds and returns: the 60-day guarantee
Take three capsules a day for up to 60 days from the day the bottle arrives. If your days don't feel easier, email [email protected] with your order number and we refund the product price. An opened bottle still qualifies.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Automatic refills: skip, pause or cancel
With automatic refills you pay 20% less, and the same supply you picked ships on a fixed rhythm at the refill price shown at checkout:
- 1 bottle every month, 3 bottles every 3 months, or 5 bottles every 5 months.
- There is no minimum. Skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time in your account; a change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.

Privacy
We collect what you give us at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- Shipping and supporting your order, and running your refills.
- Order and shipping emails, plus marketing emails only if you ticked the box; every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Measuring which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, warehouse and carrier, email provider, and analytics and advertising tools, each only for its own job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Terms
- Prices are in USD. Shipping and tax, where they apply, are added at checkout before you pay.
- Automatic refills renew at the price and rhythm shown at checkout until you cancel (see Automatic refills).
- The guarantee works as described in Refunds and returns.
- Health. Haldora Turmeric Curcumin is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication (blood thinners in particular) or under a doctor's care, ask your doctor first. Contains bee propolis.
