Shipping
- Orders leave the warehouse within [2] business days. Each parcel is tracked, and the link is in your shipping email.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Digital products are delivered by email right after purchase.
Refunds: the 30-day guarantee
If you are not happy with your order, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we refund the product price.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and show within 5 to 10 business days.
- A damaged or wrong parcel is replaced free: send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- A subscription can be cancelled at any time; a change made before the next charge date applies to that charge.
Privacy
We collect what you give us (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and what your browser sends when you visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP address). Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
What we use it for
- To deliver and support your order.
- To send order emails, and marketing emails only if you said yes. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which pages and ads work.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our warehouse and carrier, our email provider and our analytics and advertising tools, each only for that job. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
